Ground Espresso Bars does not store credit card details. We will not share any details of any customer with any 3rd parties.

All orders are made freshly to order. If you are unable to arrive on time to collect your order we will endeavour to make everything perfect for you before you leave. In the unlikely event of a product being unavailable we will offer an alternative or refund where applicable

If you are unhappy with our service / product the vast majority of issues can be resolved on-site with the store manager. Where this is not possible please email enquiries@groundcoffee.net for further help.
